Volker Moser

Co-Founder & Partner Media Services
Contact me for sales, advertising and general questions

I was born in Biberach, Germany. After graduating at Konstanz University (Public Policy and Management), I worked as a Project Coordinator for a Russian-German study program at the Center for Global Politics at Free University Berlin. Even though I had lived in foreign countries during my education, Bucharest was by far the hardest city to adapt to that I'd encountered. But after I started to like it (with great help from my partners), I am convinced that we can also help other newcomers to adapt and get to know the city and the country faster and in more detail - which is why we started the City Compass project together, which partners Romania-Insider.com.

My professional passion is people development and training and so I am part of the team of City Compass trainers. I love to spend my time in Bucharest in cozy tea-houses, theaters or in one of the diverse parks in town. In my free time I am, as a lot of Germans are, passionate about hiking and I usually go to discover new spots in Bucharest. Oana Pascu

Tour & Event Manager

My name is Oana, I am 25 and I am a dreamer. I strongly believe that passion is what keeps us going. For me, passion means tourism and traveling, foreign languages and cultures. I am a creative person, I love new things and I appreciate authenticity. In the past few years I decided to live on the spur of the moment: I lived in 4 different countries, traveled in 20 other, I met people from 5 continents, I learned 5 foreign languages and I kept my passions alive. For me the world is as big as a nut. I am a Business Administration in Tourism' graduate, former Vice President of AIESEC in Switzerland, member of Young Skal Bucharest and a former expat myself. After living abroad for almost 2 years, I decided to come back to Romania and contribute to the development of the travel industry as well as to put Bucharest on the map when it comes to both tourism and business opportunities.
