The fourth edition of the Belgian Week will take place in Bucharest between April 11th and April 15th at Pullman World Trade Center. The event focuses on Belgian gastronomy and food industry and will see guests such as chef Alex Verhoeven, owner of the Fleur de Sel restaurant in Kasterlee and chocolatier Laurent Gerbaud. Verhoeven will supervise the preparation of the menus served during the week, while Gerbaud will hold a private tasting session.
Besides the gastronomical component, the event will include various business events and networking sessions and a presentation of the local food industry.
