The ninth edition of the International Book Salon – Bookfest will be held between May 28 and June 1 at Romexpo (C1, C2 and C4 halls) in Bucharest.
This year the country guest of honor is Poland, under the slogan “Quo vadis, Poland? Besides Polish writers and professionals, the public will have the opportunity to meet the Polish editor Piotr Marciszuk, president of the European Publishers Federation, the largest editorial employers’ organization in Eastern Union.
Visitors will also be able to purchase books and gifts such as tea, coffee, accessories, music, hand-painted ornaments and cards, sweets and more.
Bookfest is the biggest book event in Romania and has been running for nine years.
