This year’s edition of the Bucharest Science Festival will take place between September 28th and October 2nd in venues such as the Chemistry Faculty in Bucharest, the Grigore Antipa Museum, the Humanitas Cismigiu Bookstore, the French Institute, the Vacaresti Nature Park, Nod makerspace, eematico, Seneca AntiCafe and more.

Almost 100 events are scheduled for the five-day duration of the festival and attendance to most of them is free.

The festival looks this year at potential approaches to moving on planet Mars and the challenges that such historical action would generate, from spatial transport systems to covering basic necessities.

The program of the festival is being updated here.
