The first edition of the Bucharest Street Food Festival takes place from September 8th to September 11th at Romexpo, bringing the city up to speed with global culinary trends.

The event brings together vendors from both Bucharest and the country: food trucks, carts, stands, bicycles and other street-food retail options. The culinary varieties that will be showcased include burgers, hot-dogs, sandwiches, tacos, burritos, pastas, grills and barbeques, pancakes, ice-cream and many more.

The culinary event is designed for meat-eaters, vegans and vegetarians alike and the selection of items made so that it satisfies all tastes. Besides the dishes, the festival will extend its concept to the drinks segment and the public will be able to try Prosecco, coffee and artisanal beer, wines and many more.

Some of the vendors that confirmed their attendance at the event are: Paste Pâine, Burger Van, Furgoneta, Camionetta, Arrosticini, Circus Pub Truck, Voyageur Van, Delicii pe Roți, Cârnățărie Germană, Creperie Citroen, Finca Alioli Van, The Little Greenery, Castelul Brutarilor, M’eat, Butoiul cu Înghețată, Duma’s Van, Grano, Sunday Bagels, La Nu Știu Cine, Victorița Pescarița, Cantina 9, Time In: Food Wizzards, Elemozsia, Betty Ice, Streat Bus, Limonada lui Iulian, Frizzante Ride, Moritz Eis, Rolls, Molcom, Orygyns, Guido on Tour, Vatra Neamului, Norma lui Sissoko, Kanpai, Chef Gabi Toader, Taj, Maria Corau, Plăcinte Boierești, Puro & Bio, Off The Wall, Sloop, Gin Bar By Finca Alioli, Sprit House.

Artists such as Nouvelle Vague, Dub Pistols, Jaya the Cat, Ziggi Recado and Audio Bullys are expected to perform at the event.

Entrance to the festival is free until 16:00, each day. After this hour, entrance is made based on festival passes. Priced RON 30, these can be purchased at buchareststreetfoodfestival.ro.
