Crowne Plaza Hotel in Bucharest will host between May 28 and June 7, the Chinese Food Festival. The dishes will be prepared by the festival’s special guest – Master Chef Heung Kit Fai, together with another Asian cuisine expert – Ashlie Dias, head chef at Crowne Plaza Bucharest.

For almost two weeks, Asian cuisine lovers will have the chance to enjoy a variety of specialties, such as sauteed shrimps with asparagus, braised beef ribs with XO sauce, rice served in pineapple, stir-fried crab with ginger and spring onion, or spring rolls.

A Sunday Brunch inspired from the Chinese cuisine will be organized on June 2, starting 12:30, while the two chefs – Heung Kit Fai and Ashlie Dias will give a cooking demonstration on June 6, from 19:00.
