A group of expat women in Romania will be holding their third photography exhibition with Romania as the subject at the Crowne Plaza hotel, Bucharest, from May 19 to June 3. Titled ‘Colours of Romania’, the collection of of photographs by 34 women from all around the world celebrates the diversity and vibrancy of Romania’s people and landscapes.
The organizers are also raising money for a variety of charities and NGOs via the exhibition. A book of photos and prints of individual photos will be available for sale, with all proceeds going to charity. This year, the exhibition will support Mia and her Children, Asociatia Speranta Pentru Sanatate (Hope for Health), Our Lady of Mercy in Romania, Parada, Hospice Casa Sperentei, Mia (Casa Valentina), Fundatia Inocenti, Light into Europe and Second Chance.
