The travelling exhibition “Contemporary Norwegian Architecture # 7” has been touring the globe since 2011. It started out in Brazil, it visited Cuba, Poland, Netherlands, Slovakia, Greece, Cyprus, Germany, Bulgaria, and Romania is now the seventh European country to welcome it. The exhibition will be hosted at MNAC between January 23 and March 21.
The exhibition displays the best of Norwegian architecture created between 2005 and 2010, from small houses to public buildings, infrastructure and urban planning. The selection shows over 30 projects, grouped in different categories – new construction and renovations, interventions, cultural and educational areas, recreation and public spaces, tourist routes, passive houses – all projects developed inside or outside of Norway.
“Contemporary Norwegian Architecture # 7” is a collaboration project between the MNAC (National Museum of Contemporary Art) and Zeppelin Association, with the support of Norwegian Embassy in Romania.
