The eight edition of documentary film festival One World Romania kicks off today in Bucharest.
The festival runs from March 16 to March 22 and presents documentaries focused on the theme of human rights. The event will open at CinemaPRO, starting 20.00, with a screening of Our Terrible Country in the presence of director Ziad Homsi. The film presents the effects of the Islamic State ISIS actions on Syria.
Screenings and events will take place at the following venues: Studio, Elvire Popesco, the National Museum of the Romanian Peasant, Journey Pub & more, the Czech Center and Frontline Club Bucharest.
