Portuguese fado singer Dulce Pontes will hold a second concert in Romania on December 2nd at Sala Palatului. She will sing fan favorites such as Caminhos, Canção Do Mar or Fado Português. The concert starts at 20.00.

Pontes started her career as a mainstream pop artist, but has become in time a world music singer. In her music, she blends traditional fado with contemporary styles. She brought the musical traditions of the Iberian Peninsula in her work and used forgotten musical instruments. Her work is inspired and influenced by Arabic, African, Brazilian and Bulgarian sounds. Throughout her career, she worked with Cesária Évora, Caetano Veloso, Marisa Monte, Carlos Núñez, the Chieftains, Kepa Junkera, Eleftheria Arvanitaki, George Dalaras, Andrea Bocelli and many others.
