The taste of the Szekely gastronomy will be showcased in the capital as over 25 small producers in Hargita and the surrounding areas are expected at the Ozosep food and culture fair at the Verona Garden, behind the Carturesti bookstore in Bucharest. The event takes place November 12th and November 13th, between 10:00 and 18:00.

Those visiting the fair can find here products made with natural ingredients and such specialties as specialty cheeses, meat products, cakes, ginger bread, kürtőskalács and lángos, the fruit brandy palinca and many more. The gulas will be the main attraction as this traditional food will be cooked by several chefs, giving visitors the opportunity to try several recipes.

Craftsmen will also bring wooden toys, hand-made leather items and natural cosmetics.

There will be programs for the entire family, creative workshops for children and concerts.

Entrance to the fair is free of charge.
