Garou will come to Bucharest for the first time, with the bilingual Rhythm and Blues concert on April 8, at 19:00, at Sala Palatului. Rhythm and Blues celebrates the spirit of R&B music and includes covers of famous songs performed in English and in French.

He has released nine studio albums in both French and in English, he has been awarded with three platinum records for album sales, music awards and has gained popularity while his songs made it to the charts in Canada and France.

His album Seul (2001) has record sales of over 2 million copies sold in Europe, bringing Garou three platinum records in Canada, several awards for best artist, the most popular singer, best album and one of the best selling albums of all time in France. In 2010, Garou was invited to perform a play by Jean-Pierre Ferland at the opening ceremony of the Winter Olympics in Vancouver.
