Individual tickets for the 2015 edition of the George Enescu International Festival (August 30 -20 September) will go on sale next Monday, February 16, at 10.00, on and in the Eventim network. Besides standard delivery methods, buyers will benefit of a new system allowing the printing of tickets at home – print @ home. Ticket prices range from RON 40 to RON 160.

Also new is the availability of a virtual waiting room. Thus, in case of a massive demand for tickets limiting traffic on the purchasing site, this virtual room will be operational and users will be asked to wait until they can access ticket purchase pages. The virtual waiting room acts as a virtual waiting line, users entering the site in the order in which they accessed it.

In order for all buyers to have the chance to purchase tickets, organizers allow the purchase of up to 8 tickets to the same concert per buyer. The total order is not limited, only the number of concert tickets per the buyer.

On sale will be approximately 350 tickets per concert for concerts at the Romanian Athenaeum, the Chamber and By Midnight sessions and 1600 tickets per concert for those in the Great Orchestras series at the Sala Palatului.

As 2013 and January 2015 when subscriptions went on sale, organizers estimate that most of the tickets will be exhausted in record time.

The 2015 edition of the George Enescu International Festival will take place between August 30 and September 20 at Sala Palatului and the Romanian Athenaeum in Bucharest and, for 22 days, will host 58 concerts in halls and many other outdoor events at the Festival Plaza/ Piața Festivalului, which will be held from September 3 to 20, and Creative Bucharest/ Bucureștiul Creativ.
