English rock band Muse is back in Bucharest for a concert on July 29th. The performance is part of the Rock the City festival and is held in Piata Constitutiei.

The group, consisting of Matt Bellamy (lead vocals, guitar, piano, keyboards), Chris Wolstenholme (bass guitar, backing vocals) and Dominic Howard (drums, percussion), is known for its critique of society, to-the-point lyrics and the ostentatious sound.

The group’s seventh and most recent album, Drones (2015), is a concept album about drone warfare and returned to a harder rock sound.

Muse won many music awards, including five MTV Europe Music Awards, eight NME Awards, two Brit Awards, and two Grammy Awards, winning Best Rock Album for The Resistance and Drones. They sold over 20 million albums worldwide.

Tickets, priced RON 194 to RON 356, can be purchased in the Eventim network and at eventim.ro.
