Andreea Mihnea, EY Romania HR Director, is the Meet the WOMAN! event speaker organised by Women in Business in Bucharest on Tuesday, May 5, 2015, at 19:00 at Capital Plaza Hotel. The event topic will be „Leadership – the deconstruction from a feminine point of view”.

Meet the WOMAN! is a business networking event which takes place monthly and addresses both entrepreneurs and women who work in companies and specialize in a certain field.

“How are women leaders like and how is their leadership style different? How can we use specific feminine traits to become better leaders? These are the questions we will try to answer together with Andreea Mihnea so as to reach better results with our teams, to pinpoint our strengths and weaknesses and to adapt where needed”, stated Alice Botnarenco, founder and president of Women in Business.

Andreea Mihnea graduated from the Faculty of Foreign Languages and Literatures, University of Bucharest and started her career in human resources in a small American consultancy company as a Trainee about 15 years ago. After 3 years in HR Management Consulting, she worked as a Consultant in Executive Search for AIMS and then she became HR Manager of IBM’s regional development centre, Global Delivery Centre, where she established the organisation which is still thriving today. After Consultancy and a multinational experience in IT, Andreea became PayPoint HR Manager, where she built the entire Organisational Development structure when the company was going through major changes.

Since 2013 she has been HR Director of EY Romania, an auditing and consultancy company. Her motto is: “Your daily life is your temple and your religion. When you enter into it take with you your all.” (Kahlil Gibran).

Founded in 2009 by Alice Botnarenco, the Women in Business organization develops projects which address entrepreneurs and women who work in companies.
