Madalina Balan, HART Consulting Managing Partner, is the event speaker at Meet the WOMAN!, organized by Women in Business in Bucharest, on Tuesday, March 17th 2015, at 19:00 at Capital Plaza Hotel. The event topic will be „The dark side of the entrepreneur, a psychological perspective”.

Meet the WOMAN! is a business networking event which takes place monthly and addresses both entrepreneurs and women who work in companies and are specialized in a field.

With over 13 years of experience in organizational behavior, as trainer and consultant, Madalina is certified for the Hogan Assessments methodology, being a trainer in Romania and the Republic of Moldavia for this methodology, Leadership Versatile, 360 feedback and commitment measuring. She is an assessor, project manager, coach, consultant for projects related to leader development, talent management, team efficiency and organizational analysis for HART Consulting.
