The famous guitarist Steve Vai returns in Bucharest to perform within the first edition of “Eco Fest” festival, schedule to take place on June 25, at Arenele Romane. The concert is part of “Evolution Orchestra Europe Tour”.

Steve Vai will perform along with Evolution Tempo Orchestra, conducted by the conductor George Natsis, and the warm up of the concert will be sustained by the Romanian troupes Publika and Cvartet Hypnotique.

Steve Vai is a famous American guitar player, producer, soloist and composer. He studies guitar cu Joe Satriani and began his career transcribing sheet music for Franck Zappa. He played with bands such as Whitesnake, Public Image Ltd., Alcatraz and performed in tours along David Lee Roth. He started a successful solo career in 1983, in which he won three Grammy awards. Steve Vai is well known for his amazing guitar technique, being among the first artists who ever used the 7 strings guitar.

The artists latest visit in Romania was last year on November 1, when he performed at Sala Palatului and promoted his album “The Story of Light”.

Tickets for the concert are available to purchase from and are priced between RON 50 and RON 200, depending on the category. Concert starts at 19:00.
