DreamHack Masters is an event about games, high-speed Internet, eSports, international tournaments, digital culture and entertainment. This is all mixed in a festival offering each year a unique experience to those who cross its doors at Sala Polivalenta in Bucharest, during October 31 and November 2.

Hosted annually since 2012, DreamHack Bucharest brings to Romania the best Counter-Strike, League of Legends and StarCraft II from around the world, in tournaments where fans can watch them in action on stage or even in the eSport area.

Short for “Bring Your Own Computer”, BYOC is an area within DreamHack Masters Bucharest 2014 where participants who buy a special ticket can bring their own PC or laptop to play together with friends or other participants. There are countless possibilities regarding the games to play – about any title popular at the moment or those adequate for a LAN party. Dota 2, League of Legends, Smite, Team Fortress 2, Left 4 Dead, StarCraft 2, Diablo 3, Torchlight 2, Portal 2, Need for Speed are just a few examples. Players and teams from Romania have the chance to go up against world-renowned opponents.

Regardless if you bring your home PC to the BYOC area, watch the live concerts or hold your breath during the eSport tournament matches, DreamHack has something for everyone. This year, events in the program start around 10:00 in the morning and end at night, around 23:00.

Tickets range from 20 lei to 399 lei, depending on the category and can be bought online. Some of the tickets can also be bought by SMS from the same web page.
