Beth Harth, one of the most praised blues singers and songwriters of the moment, is coming back to Bucharest for a concert set to take place June 17th at Sala Palatului, starting 20:00.

A Billboard Blues No. 1 artist, Heart was named “a must-listen once in a lifetime artist”. She described her previous interaction with the local public as “amazing” and promised to return, something which is now happening, less than a year since her previous concert. She was impressed with the warm welcome she received from the Romanian audience, which knew her songs very well.

The set-list for the June 17 show hasn’t been released yet but many surprises are in store.

A Grammy nominee and multiple platinum awards winner for her albums, Heart is known for her voice, a mix between Janis Joplin, Etta James, Billie Holiday, Otis Redding and Amy Winehouse.

She rose to fame with the release of her 1999 single LA Song (Out of This Town) from her second album Screamin’ for My Supper. The single was a number one hit in New Zealand, and reached top 5 on the US Adult Contemporary and number 7 on the Billboard Adult Top 40 Chart.
