The White Night of Romanian Product Creators and Designers takes place on Saturday, September 20, in three cultural hot spots in Bucharest: the French Cultural Institute, Bistro Chez Elvire and Elvira Popescu Cinema, all located at 77 Dacia Boulevard.
The event exhibits over 170 products, the brands of over 30 Romanian creators and designers, divided into four categories: product design, fashion & accessories, designer jewelry and ethno-contemporary symbiosis. The organizers have set up also a special spot with designer products for children.
The Assamblage school of contemporary jewelry is a special guest at the White Night, holding a workshop for visitors and presenting their graduates’ creations.
Performances are also included in the event. After midnight, visitors are invited to concerts at Elvira Popescu Cinema: Viorica Pintilie and Jimmy Cserkés and Abator Industries. At Bistro Chez Elvire, Judy Florescu will perform a concert at 19:00 and artist Eglantina Becheru will host a happening in the same bistro.
