Balkan Latin Kollective BaLaKo will deliver on June 13th a concert mixing Balkan rhythms with jazz music. The concert will take place starting 20.00 at Arcub, Batistei Hall.

BaLaKo is made up of Marius Cristian Ciupitu – Chupi (drums), Alexander Himely Benavides – El Niño (percussion instruments – congas), Omar Secada Dihigo (piano), Valentin Andrei Zachar – Zach (saxophone) and Antonio Segui Rolando – Tony (trombone). The group made its debut in 2013 at the Montreux Jazz Festival and has since performed alongside international names such as Buena Vista Social Club, Manolito Simonet y Su Trabucco, Bamboleo, Havana Lounge, Billy Cobham or Luis Conte.
