Canadian singer Garou is returning to Romania for a second concert to be held on October 31st at Sala Palatului, starting 19:30. The Bucharest concert, titled Fly Me to the Moon, is part of the singer’s 2016 – 2017 world tour.

Singer, composer, actor and instrument player (he plays the guitar, trumpet, organ and harmonica), Garou won over the public both with his music and his performing style, which he brought to audiences worldwide, in locations such as Tahiti, Monreal, New York, Kiev or Moscow. He sold millions of albums and received several platinum discs distinctions.

“As an artist you are constantly connected with the child within, with that state of fascination that they feel when discovering the world. It is the kind of fascination that makes people love life. This is also the reason I like to perform,” he explains.

He is also known for playing the role of Quasimodo in the musical drama Notre Dame de Paris. Belle, one of the best-known pieces of this musical drama which Garou performs, was voted the best song of the past 50 years by the French public.
