Romanian violin players Alexandru Tomescu and Razvan Stoica, both of whom are playing Stradivarius instruments, will perform together in a concert set to take place December 3rd at Sala Radio in Bucharest. The concert starts at 20.00.

This is the first time the two musicians perform together. They will be joined in the concert by pianist Andreea Stoica. The two Stradivarius violins that will be heard in the concert have been dated to the first half of the 18th century, to 1702 and 1729 respectively.

The two musicians are known for their performances both locally and outside of Romania. Alexandru Tomescu performed at Théâtre des Champs Elysées Paris, Carnegie Hall New York or the Metropolitan Arts Centre Tokio, while Razvan Stoica had concerts in venues such as the Amsterdam Royal Concertgebouw, Theatre des Champs Elysees in Paris, Teatro San Barnaba in Brescia, Teatro Carlo Felice in Genova or Palacio de Festivales in Santander.
