With just a few days before Christmas, on December 21, starting 19:30, the hits that made people dance in the 90’s will be performed live on the Sala Polivalenta stage in Bucharest, in a premiere show called “I love the 90’s”. The event is based on an European concept and will have as guest international bands and artist such as No Mercy, Snap, London Beat, C+C Music Factory, Culture Beat, along with several Romanian artist like Delia and Animal X. The host of this events will be the Romanian MC George Vintila.
No Mercy is an American dance music group formed in 1996, well known by their debut hits “Where Do You Go” and “Please Don’t Go”, both in Top Billboard. With their remake of the song “Kiss You All Over”, the band occupied 1st place on Hot Dance Club Play in 1998.
Snap is a German band formed in 1989 by Michael Munzing and Luca Anzilotti. The well-known song “The Power” helped Snap! became, virtually overnight, a mark of quality for dance music.
London Beat started their career in Holland with the single “There’s a Beat Going On”. The hit “I’ve Been Thinking About You” reached 1st place in Billboard Hot 100.
C+C Factory represents one of the most dominated names in dance music tops of 1991. Songs like “Gonna Make You Sweat (Everybody Dance Now),” “Here We Go,” “Things That Make You Go Hmmmm…” where played over and over on the dance floors in 90’s.
Sala Polivalenta will become in a huge club on December 21, bars with drinks, from cocktails to beer will be at the disposal for all 90’s music lovers. Tickets are priced between RON 75 and RON 350 and can be purchased from bilete.ro network.
