One of the best known nu metal bands worldwide, Korn will be present in Bucharest on August 3rd for a concert to be held at Arenele Romane, starting 18.00. The concert marks 20 years since the release of the band’s debut album.

With over 20 years of activity behind, Korn launched in 1993 with the demo album Neidermayer’s Mind, while their third release, the 1998 Follow the Leader, brought them international recognition after debuting at number one in the Billboard 200 chart. Their music amasses many influences, ranging from Metallica, Nirvana, Led Zeppelin, Alice in Chains and Sepultura to Faith No More, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Duran Duran, Rage Against the Machine, Slayer or Pink Floyd.

The Korn concert will be opened by Point Blank, from Macedonia and Romanian bands Coma, Implant Pentru Refuz and DJ Hefe.
