The festival is running several campaigns designed to promote various social involvement activities or tourism.

After last year’s successful Pay with Blood campaign last year, Untold Festival encourages blood donations in Romania this year also by creating the first voluntary Blood Network platform. All donors can join the platform using the official mobile app or the website, Platform members will be notified by newsletter or phone if their blood type is urgently needed. Also, the system can anticipate the need for certain blood types by regions, in specific periods of the year. Those who donate blood by July 29th in regional or county transfusion centers can receive discounted four-day passes at the festival.

The region of Transylvania will be the focus of another campaign, after the region was included by Lonely Planet on the first spot in a top of world regions worth visiting this year. Several tourist circuits in the region will be made available with the help of a tourism agency, and the festival’s bracelet offers discounts and several freebies in selected tourist areas.

The Adopt an Untold-er campaign aims to prove the city of Cluj-Napoca is the friendliest in Europe and encourages Cluj citizens to host festival goers, thus making up for the relatively low accommodation offer compared to the demand.

Festival passes, priced starting RON 195, are available in the Eventim network and at
