This is a gastronomic experience very close to the authentic interwar Romanian cuisine, with French influences of that time. The setting is elegant, almost aristocratic, they play interwar Romanian music like the songs of the famous Maria T─ânase. In old Romanian, “zahana” referred to the taverns set up next to butcher shops, where aristocrats could find specific delicatessen. Zahana 33 opened recently, as part of the Odeon Palace.
